From the hills of eastern Kentucky and carrying on the tradition of the birthplace and history of bluegrass music, this high-energy band offers traditional and contemporary sounds of bluegrass and bluegrass gospel music.    Their style is unique and fresh and features tight four-part harmony that compliments their lightning fast instrumentation and gives them quartet versatility.    Bottomline has been featured at venues such as Universities, State Parks, Churches, Concert Halls and Festivals.  Their music is played all over the world and they have been feature-artist on Australia's  popular show  "Music from Foggy Hollow".Bottomline was chosen as a top 50 artist on the Americana Crossroads survey.  They are known as singer / songwriters and have released their music both nationally and worldwide.

Two of the original members ( Ned and Don ) are cousins and grew up together in the small town of Worthington , KY. There they began playing music at an early age. They were soon known as "The Blackbottom Review" and found themselves playing at venues and festivals all over the country. After the band split , the members branched out into various fields of the music industry. After what the band calls an "act of fate", they were re-formed with a new and improved sound , and new name...."Bottomline".

Ned Crisp plays the banjo and sings lead and harmony vocals. Ned is the M/C for the band and acts as the band's manager. It does not take long to see that he is right at home on the stage doing what he does best.

Don Rambo plays the upright bass and sings lead and harmonies. Don's incredible vocal range is demonstrated as he sings everything from bass to tenor.
With his song writing and quick wit, he always suprises everyone. Don also coordinates the band's vocal arrangements.

Brandon Adams plays guitar and sings lead and harmony for Bottomline. His guitar playing sets him aside from all the rest. Brandon contributes his awsome song writing ability and progressivel sound that always leaves the crowd wanting more.

Zack Rambo plays the mandolin and also does vocals for the group. Zack is an accomplished musician that can play just about every instument, and his voice is a crowd pleaser. Along with his song writing, Zack contributes his unique style to complete the sound that is Bottomline.
